Fine type of long grain rice, where it gets its yellow color from its outer bark after a special hygrothermal treatment (parboiled). During this process vitamins and nutrients diffuse from the bark to the sperm giving it high nutritional value.
The most ideal choice for cracked pilau and also salads and garnishes.
For each part of rice, add 2 ½ -3 parts water. Boil for about 20΄.
